[Winnipeg] - International Development Enterprises (IDE) has been featured in this year's Wall Street Journal "Giving Guide", which highlights organizations that it says are taking a "fresh, innovative approach" to philanthropy.
The author of the Giving Guide article Steve Mollman had visited IDE Cambodia earlier this year to produce a feature story on IDE's unique work there.
In the article, Mollman profiles one of the farmers he met in Cambodia, who invested in a treadle pump and recouped his investment in the first year, embarking on a successful market vegetable enterprise.
